8.5.1 Upgrade Cookbook

We upgraded from 6.5 to 8.0.2 to 8.5.1 over the last 6 months and did not have any significant issues. That said I did quite a lot of background reading to prepare.

Fortunately the "Upgrade Cookbook: Upgrading to Lotus Notes and Domino 8.5.1" has been published. I upgraded before this guide was published, but it contains much of the sage advice that I had previously read.
